We’ve put together some commonly asked questions below to give you more information about our process and enrolment, if you have a question that you can’t find the answer to here, please feel free to contact us through our Contact page

It is preferable that you book so that someone is available to show you around. Often the Centre Manager helps out teaching on the floor and we would like her to be able to show you around.

Yes, if we have the availability to do this.

No, we only offer full days.

Yes, we require you to do visits to settle your child before you start.

As soon as possible. Even if you are pregnant and still working its best to come and visit and book in when you can.

Yes, we do. This results in lower fees for 3 and 4 year olds.

You may be eligible for a Work and Income (WINZ) subsidy. The subsidy is subject to an income qualification. Contact Work and Income for further information and forms.

A bag for your child with a couple of changes of clothes in. Gumboots and warm hats in winter and a sun hat in summer. We sell reusable wet-bags when you enrol so that any wet clothes can come home each day.

You supply nappies. Either disposable or reusable. We are happy to take either.

No we don’t but once you are booked in with your start date confirmed we do ask for a $100 booking fee. This confirms your enrolment and holds your space until your child starts. $50 of this booking fee will be taken off your first week’s fees.

Yes, we cater for all allergies, food related or otherwise. We also cater for vegetarians or vegans if that is your choice.

We ask that your child stays away if they are sick. You will still be charged if they do not attend.
